The Founder
Eric Burke is the founder of Black Onyx Vodka, a premium spirits brand he built from the ground up — navigating brand development, retail buyer relationships, distributor negotiations, and the relentless grind of getting a product onto shelves in a competitive market.
That firsthand experience is the foundation of Propel. Eric started this firm because he saw too many talented founders with great products fail not because their product wasn't good enough — but because they didn't have the strategic guidance to navigate the industry. He built Propel to change that.
Today, Eric works directly with first-time beverage entrepreneurs to build brands that buyers take seriously, position products for the right markets, and execute distribution strategies that actually get results.
